characterized in that said sports training device (10) comprises, at a center of said lower portion of the base (11), a destabilizing device (13) comprising a circular plan at the base (11) and

a hemispherical profile able to come into contact with said ground, acting as a fulcrum and as an unstable support to allow the oscillatory movement of the device (10), during said sports exercises.

2. Sports training device (10) as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that said destabilizing device (13) ? a single piece with said base (11).

11. Sports training device (10) as claimed in at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a support means (30), substantially flat and sinusoidal in shape, able to support said device (10) vertically with respect to the soil.

12. Sports training device (10) as claimed in claim 10, characterized in that said support means (30) comprises two support feet (31).
