1. Footwear extending between a toe and a heel, said footwear comprising: - an upper (1) shaped to house an upper portion of a foot;

- a sole (2) shaped to contain a sole of a foot, said sole (2) being connected to the upper (1) and configured to rest on a floor;

- an insole (3) placed between the sole (2) and the upper (1) and glued to the sole (2); characterized in that the insole (3) comprises a layer of memory spongy material (30) extending without interruption between the toe and the heel.

2. Footwear according to claim 1, wherein the insole (3) comprises a first lining (31) facing the upper (1) and connected to the upper (1), said first lining (31) being sewn to said upper (1) .
