DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Scope of the technique

The human stroke deep tissue massage ? a technique primarily used to treat muscle and skeletal problems that targets the inner layers of muscles; It is used to treat muscle and tendon injuries, acute pain and stiffness. in the main muscle groups and joints, chronic pain, contractures and sports muscle injuries.

The treatment involves applying sustained pressure to target the inner layers of muscle and connective tissue. This helps break up scar tissue that forms after an injury and reduce tension in the muscles and tissues.

Among these, the prior art comprises pneumatic wave generators, such as for example EP1824439B1 and WO2019193525A1, as well as mechanical wave generators, such as for example US2020069510A1, which all have contraindications in terms of weight, noise, compromise of the tissues and epidermal layers, need for of assiduous presence of (at least) one operator during the relative practice.

As for the electronic wave generators, such as for example JP2011188921A, they are not effective in targeting a specific objective and therefore not suitable for deep massage, in addition to also having contraindications in terms of tissue damage and epidermal layers with reference to pressure.

Furthermore, mechanical stimulation, both in terms of manipulation and massage and above all in terms of vibrational stimulation, of parts of the body, not only human but also animal and in general of any entity? biological, sorts and produces a plurality? of effects still partially unknown in terms of gender, valence, implication reflexes and criteria of subjective differentiation.

These effects are pursued and studied in terms of research and achievement of positivity, relief and cure, both on a physical and psychic level, and are often very incisive, often unexpected up to the point of surprising;

moreover, at the same physical and psychic levels they can also have direct effects and/or negative or dangerous reflections.

The relative knowledge are for the pi? a large part of the heritage of physiatrists and chiropractors, often interpolated with those deriving from traditional oriental medicine, such as acupuncture and acupressure,

Such a wealth of knowledge? the result of study but also strongly pervaded by know-how from professional practice, due to the considerable subjective variables of the response of the treated body, so that the operator needs tools that are markedly adaptable to all the variables and have a remarkable professional memory in relation to the subject subjected to treatment.

Purposes of the invention

The main object of the present invention ?, in this context, is to provide an innovative and functional device for carrying out a deep massage to the human body, which is capable of univocally addressing the tissue assumed as a target and does not suffer resistance.

Another object of the present invention ? that of achieving the previous aim and at the same time providing professional operators of massage in general and vibromassage in particular with a multipurpose tool, capable of combining their knowledge, practices and research with an effective principle adaptable to their know-how, suitable for implementing it and resulting in innovative application knowledge.

Still another object of the present invention? that of achieving the previous aims and at the same time providing professional operators with an aid to preserve their know-how with reference to specific applications and implementations

Another purpose of the present invention ? that of achieving the previous purpose through a device that does not compromise the skin and the epidermal layers in any way.

Yet another object of the present invention ? that of achieving the previous purposes through a device that does not present substantial contraindications, conforming as much as possible? possible due to the nature of body.

Another purpose of the present invention ? that of achieving the previous aims through a device that operates in safety even without the fixed presence of an operator.

Yet another object of the present invention ? that of achieving the preceding objects through a simple and effective device, safe in operation and of relatively low cost in consideration of the results practically achieved with it.

Static description of the exemplary embodiment

With reference to these figures, in particular to the diagram of figure 1, the blocks 1, 2, 3 represent first generating means suitable for originating, regulating and emitting at least one low frequency modulating sound wave included in the range of the human biological rhythm (alpha rhythm or Berger rhythm);

particularly:

block 1 schematises a preferably sinusoidal wave generator modulating in a field ranging from 0.1 Hz to 10Hz adjustable by means of a potentiometer and displayed on a numerical display.

block 2 schematises a frequency generator, preferably at least three, sequential in the field defined by generator 1, with visualization on the display,

block 3 schematizes a fixed modulating wave generator.

Blocks 1, 2 and 3 can also be considered as a single generator of a preferably sinusoidal wave modulating in a field ranging from 0.1Hz to 10Hz adjustable by means of a potentiometer and displayed on the numeric display

Blocks 4, 5, 6 represent second generating means suitable for originating and/or receiving from the outside, regulating and emitting at least one carrier sound wave;

particularly:

block 4 schematises a preferably sinusoidal wave generator with carrier wave functions in a range which preferably goes from 30 Hz to 300 Hz adjustable by means of a potentiometer and displayed on a numerical display.

block 5 schematises a frequency generator, preferably at least three, sequential in the field defined by the generator 4, with visualization on the display.

Blocks 4 and 5 can also be considered as a single generator of a preferably sinusoidal wave carrying in a field ranging from 30 Hz to 300 Hz adjustable by means of a potentiometer and displayed on a numerical display.

block 6 schematises a channel for connection to an external source to acquire acoustic waves however generated for use as a carrier wave of any sound and musical wave.

The generator means 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 are connected via respective switches to multiple? vias 7 and 8 to sound wave modulating means 9, interconnected to sound distorting means 10, such as the so-called overdrives and the like, capable of receiving said at least one low-frequency modulating sound wave and said at least one carrier sound wave, superimposing them, processing them and emitting them superimposed, modulated and possibly modified and distorted, in order to produce qualified resonances for the purpose? referred to below.

The modulator 9 and distortion means 10 are connected via a switch to multiple? vias 12 to resonance and massage sound wave reproducing means taking them from an electronic database 11 as an alternative to processing by said modulator 9 and distorting means 10.

The switch 11 ? adapted to put the modulator 9 and distorter 10 means or the data bank 11 in contact with a signal emission timer 13, which governs when the stimulator-massage device according to the present invention operates in mode? temporally automatic transmission of the signal to amplifier means 14, 15 which are in turn connected to respective transducer means 16, 17 of the amplified signal for interface and transmission to the human or animal stroke 20 via applicators 18 and 19 for the functions specified below.

To facilitate these functions (see plates 2, 3 and 4 of the drawings) the preferred transducers 16 and 17 consist of vibration loudspeakers, or tactile loudspeakers, 21, see figures 3 to 6 inclusive, which have a circular membrane 23 suitable for transmit vibrations to solid surfaces;

these vibration loudspeakers or tactile loudspeakers 21 are preferably enclosed in handling bushes 24, equipped with opposing slots 25 for the insertion of laces, not shown, of any kind and known type suitable for keeping the membrane 23 in contact with the body 20 on the relative portion to be treated in the contingency.

In another preferred embodiment, the transducers 16 and 17 consist of modified vibration loudspeakers 22, see figures 7 to 10 inclusive, which have a connection 26, for example a screw connection, for the attachment of appendages.

Dynamic description of the embodiment

having so? having finished the static description of a preferred embodiment of the stimulator-massager device according to the present invention, the dynamic one, i.e. the relative operation, in fact proceeds as follows:

through the switch 7 pu? be selected among the modulating signals produced by the generating means 1, 2, 3;

through the switch 8 pu? be selected among the carrier signals produced by the generator means 4, 5, 6;

through the modulator 9 the carrier signal and the modulating signal can therefore be superimposed and modulated with conversion of the modulating signal from the base band to the shifted band to obtain a modulated signal which allows the carrier to penetrate the body without impedance, as it is accepted by the body 20 and not rejected thanks to the resonance of the body itself with the modulating one, as it is included in the range of the human biological rhythm (alpha rhythm or Berger's rhythm).

There? in order to transmit to the body 20 at least one low-frequency modulating sound wave included in the range of the human biological rhythm (alpha rhythm or Berger's rhythm) able to induce resonance in the body and at least one carrier sound wave conveyed by said modulating frequency suitable for carrying out stimulation and deep massage and in any case effective massage.

The signal can undergo distortion manipulations by the operator through the distortion device 10.

The signal, through the switch 12 and the timer 13, reaches the amplifiers 14 and 15 and from these, respectively, to the transducers 16 and 17.

In parallel, the signal also reaches the database 11 through the same means, to be filed there in an orderly manner, in the manner and for the purposes better described below.

The transducers 16 and 17 are preferably constituted by vibration loudspeakers, or tactile loudspeakers 21, the membrane 23 of which is capable of transmitting vibrations to the solid surfaces; it is placed by the operator on the body 20 of the patient.

The operator on the basis of his know-how as a physiatrist / masseur / chiropractor, and in response to the answers provided by the receptivity? of the patient to the stimuli, which ? to say in terms of reported sensations of relief, relaxation, sharpening, attenuating or dissolving of painful symptoms, as well as? quant?else related to any type of effects, perceptions, excitations, reactions, pu? adjust the carrier and modulating parameters, and any related distortions in terms of maximizing positivity? of the sensations and effects obtained by the vibrational massage.

Once identified the contingent maximization of positivity? of the effects, the massage pu? continue autonomously by applying the transducers 16 and 17 to the body with the laces and timing the duration using the timer 13.

In the same perspective of maximizing positivity? and automatic execution of the vibrational massage, all the applications can be recorded in the data bank 11, in computerized files categorized by patient and/or part of the body treated and/or any other criterion which may allow to identify a vibrational body stimulation to be replicated.

Once identified, it can be replicated with outgoing transmission from the data bank with direct channel through the switch 12, which excludes the complex consisting of generators 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, modulator 9 and distortion 10 and sends the signal directly to the amplifiers 14 and 15 with exclusion of timer function 13 insofar as the recording already has? a suitable duration.

In this way the device is self-implementing, to the extent that the positive massage sessions are not lost, but can be repeated and in any case interpolated in IT terms.

Furthermore, in addition to direct application via the membrane loudspeakers 21 held manually by the operator or fixed via laces and the like to the body 20, the application can be performed through the strikers 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, applied for this purpose to the loudspeakers 22, in order to maximize the effects in specific parts of the body 20 better and/or more? effectively reachable/focusable through said strikers 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34.

Implementation alternatives

It is obvious that in further alternative embodiments, although always falling within the concept of innovation underlying the embodiment illustrated above and claimed below, the stimulator-massage device according to the present invention can be implemented with technical and procedural equivalents, or equipped with further supplementary measures, so? like all modes? of the related procedural steps can be varied in a way that is suitable for the purpose.

Transducers and/or firing pins implemented with detectors capable of measuring impedance and impedance variations in the shot and supplying the values to the operator for relative evaluations and possible adjustments of the operating parameters can be conceived; of what? It is possible to conceive the implementation also automatically.

Pi? in general, transducers and/or strikers can be conceived implemented with detectors suitable for measuring physiological states and vital parameters for the aforementioned purposes.

Can transducers be conceived for application, as well as to the human body, to the animal body and, in general, to any entity? organic, even vegetable.

Benefits of! found

As is evident from the preceding detailed description of a preferred embodiment, the stimulator-massager device according to the present invention offers the advantages corresponding to the achievement of the predetermined objects and others still:

in fact, a functional, modular, multipurpose and economic solution is integrated with it to achieve effective deep massage and in any case effective massage of the body without the need for a massage. of complicated, heavy and noisy unit? pneumatic and/or mechanical, customizable, self-implementing and assonant with the biological rhythms of the body.

With the device according to the invention the physiatrist / masseur / chiropractor operator has at his disposal an instrument suitable for generating a vibropulsating stimulation, adjustable in the parameters of pulsation and vibration, as well as in the relative intensity, which allows him to put his knowledge to good use and actively explore the responsiveness of the patient in search of the best possible contingent positivity; which can? be replicated through the recorder constituted by the filing system for ever greater positivity? of implementation in relation to the patient himself and to similar cases.

having so? described the stimulating massager device according to the present invention with reference to a preferred embodiment thereof, it will be? It is obvious to want to protect all possible embodiments with variants of standard implementation for those skilled in the art, which do not modify the invention without departing from the scopes envisaged by the same; with what? both in the foregoing description and in the following claims, it is intended to protect all the embodiments and variations which fall within the concept of solution, in the spirit and in the aims of the invention itself.

Claims (11)

1) Massager stimulator device, particularly for deep massage of the human body, characterized in that it comprises; first means (1, 2, 3) suitable for generating, regulating and emitting at least one low frequency modulating sound wave; second means (4, 5, 6) suitable for generating, regulating and emitting at least one sound carrier wave; modulating means (9) suitable for receiving said at least one low frequency modulating sound wave and said at least one carrier sound wave, superimposing them, processing them and emitting them superimposed and modulated; signal amplifier means (14, 15); transducer means (16, 17) of the amplified signal for interface and transmission to the human body (20). 2) Stimulating massager device as per the previous claim, characterized in that it comprises: first means (1, 2, 3) suitable for generating, regulating and emitting at least one low frequency modulating sound wave included in the range of the human biological rhythm (alpha rhythm or Berger rhythm); second means (4, 5, 6) suitable for generating and/or receiving from the outside, regulating and emitting at least one carrier sound wave; modulating means (9) able to receive said at least one low frequency modulating sound wave and said at least one carrier sound wave, superimpose them, process them and emit them superimposed and modulated for resonance and massage purposes; resonance and massage sound wave reproducing means taking them from an electronic database (11) as an alternative to the processing by said modulator means (9) and distorting means (10); signal emission timer means (13); signal amplifier means (14, 15); transducer means (16, 17) of the amplified signal for interface and transmission to the human body (20) directly or by means of applicator means (18, 19). 3) Stimulating massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises: first means (1, 2, 3) suitable for generating, regulating and emitting at least one low frequency modulating sound wave included in the range of the human biological rhythm (alpha rhythm or Berger rhythm); second means (4, 5, 6) suitable for generating and/or receiving from the outside, regulating and emitting at least one carrier sound wave; modulating means (9) and distorting means (10) able to receive said at least one low frequency modulating sound wave and said at least one carrier sound wave, superimpose them, process them and emit them superimposed and modulated for resonance and massage purposes or for the purpose to transmit to the body at least one low-frequency modulating sound wave included in the range of the human biological rhythm (alpha rhythm or Berger's rhythm) capable of causing the body to resonate and at least one carrier sound wave conveyed by said modulating frequency suitable for the ?carrying out stimulation and deep massage and in any case effective massage as accepted by the body and not rejected thanks to the resonance of the body itself with said modulating; resonance and massage sound wave reproducing means taking them from an electronic database (11) as an alternative to the processing by said modulator means (9) and distorting means (10); signal emission timer means (13); signal amplifier means (14, 15); transducer means (16, 17) of the amplified signal for interface and transmission to the human body (20) directly or by means of applicator means (18, 19). 4) Stimulating massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said first means (1, 2, 3) suitable for generating, regulating and emitting at least one low frequency modulating sound wave consist of a preferably sinusoidal wave generator (1) modulating in a field which preferably goes from 0.1 Hz to 10Hz adjustable by means of a potentiometer and displayed on a numerical display; a frequency generator (2), preferably at least three, sequential in the field defined by the generator (1) of preferably modulating sinusoidal wave, with visualization on the display; a fixed modulating wave generator. 5) Stimulating massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said second means (4, 5, 6) suitable for generating and/or receiving from the outside, regulating and emitting at least one carrier sound wave consist of a preferably sinusoidal wave generator (4) with carrier wave functions in a range preferably ranging from 30 Hz to 300 Hz adjustable by means of a potentiometer and displayed on a numerical display; a frequency generator (5), preferably at least three, sequential in the range defined by the preferably sinusoidal wave generator (4) with carrier wave functions in a range which preferably ranges from 30 Hz to 300 Hz, with visualization on the display. a channel (6) for connection to an external source to acquire acoustic waves however generated for use as a carrier wave of any sound and musical wave. 6) Stimulating massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said transducers (16, 17) consist of vibration loudspeakers or tactile loudspeakers (21) which have a membrane (23) able to transmit vibrations to the solid surfaces. 7) Stimulating massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said transducers (16, 17) constituted by vibration loudspeakers or tactile loudspeakers (21) are provided with means for fastening to the body such as laces, bands and the like. 8) Stimulator-massager device as per the preceding claims, characterized in that said transducers (16, 17) are provided with means (26) for fixing appendages. 9) Stimulating massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said transducers (16, 17) are constituted by loudspeakers provided with means (26) for fixing appendages constituted by solid percussion bodies (28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34). 10) Stimulator-massager device according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said transducers (16, 17) and/or said appendages/percussors (28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 34) are provided with impedance detector means and/or of the vital parameters and/or of the physiological states and of means suitable for revealing the values thereof to the operator and/or for transmitting the values to means suitable for the automatic variation in relative function of the operating parameters of the stimulator-massager device. 11) Stimulating massager device as per the preceding claims, characterized in that said electronic database (11) allows the filing of the modulated wave sequences generated for carrying out the massage in parallel with the generation itself and the reproduction of the same sequences with relative transmission to said transducer means (16, 17).
