Oggetto del risultamento ? una piastrella in grado di evitare gli incollaggi delle parti con elementi magnetici e di tutta la fase di preparazione per la posa. In una forma di realizzazione preferita ma non esclusiva la piastrella a posa magnetica secondo il risultamento ? costituita da una piastrella 1 su cui sulla superficie di posa 2, ovvero sulla parte sottostante la piastrella od altro elemento in uso in edilizia similare, viene applicata una vernice 3 con ferrite 4, contenente ferrite in dosaggi variabili in funzione del carico da sostenere, ovvero in funzione del peso della piastrella da sostenere in verticale od in orizzontale, per fissaggio magnetico a superficie 5 dotata di ferrite magnetizzata 6. La superficie 5 ? costituita ad esempio da una stuoia in p.v.c. con ferrite magnetizzata al suo interno. In altra forma di realizzazione la ferrite 4 e la ferrite magnetizzata 6 possono essere sostituite da magnetite. In fase di realizzazione una o pi? piastrelle sono verniciate con vernice 2 contenente ferrite 4 per poi essere essiccate e messe in contenitore pronte per la posa. Viene quindi preparata la superficie 5 con la ferrite magnetizzata 6 per l?accoppiamento magnetico e fissando una stuoia in p.v.c. con ferrite magnetizzata al suo interno. In altra forma di realizzazione, indicata per pavimentazioni autolivellanti o pareti piane, la superficie 5 viene ricoperta con altra vernice su cui viene posta ferrite magnetizzata od altro materiale, come ad esempio magnetite, per ottenere l?accoppiamento magnetico necessario per la posa. La piastrella pu? essere sostituita da analogo componente in uso in edilizia, come ad esempio parquet, tegole, tessere di mosaico o qualsiasi rivestimento. Il trovato ? suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti nellambito del concetto inventivo. Tutti i dettagli possono essere sostituiti da altri tecnicamente equivalenti senza per questo uscire dal campo di protezione sancito dalle rivendicazioni.
