Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 1 characterized in that the metal support (3) is a stainless steel sheet, folded on opposite sides (3c, 3d), the toothing is formed by a sawtooth profile of the opposite sides (3c, 3d) of the lamina, and a surface of the lamina comprised between the opposite sides is applicable to the gripping head (2) with said quick coupling.

3. Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that a back (7) of the lamina (3) covers an area of the gripping head (2) of substantially equal extension to the area of the back (7) .

4. Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that said quick coupling is supported by coupling means (4) comprising a sliding guide (5) on the gripping head (2) for the back (7) of the lamina (3).

5. Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 4, characterized in that the sliding guide (5) is an undercut bent sheet on opposite sides (5a, 5b), removably fixed to the gripping head (2) in a central region (5c) of the sheet.

6. Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that the back (7) comprises a plate (6) applied to a surface (3b) of the sheet opposite to a toothed surface (3a).

7. Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said quick coupling (4) is magnetic or with quick coupling.

8. Goods pressing arm (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a safety device, preferably a snap-in seat in the gripping head (2), within which a retractable rod (8) of the metal support (3) is locked, to stop the metal support on the head (2), and of which the rod (8) is retracted, to release the metal support (3).

Metal support for a toothing (3) for a goods pressing arm (1) of a slicer of the type comprising a gripping head (2), intended to come into contact with the goods as a result of a displacement of the arm (1) with respect to a goods loading trolley, characterized in that it comprises means for rapid coupling with the gripping head (2).

10. Metal support (3) according to claim 9, characterized in that the quick coupling means comprise a plate (6) intended to slide in a sliding guide {5} of the gripping head (2), located on a back (7) of the metal support (3) opposed to a toothed surface.
