Una struttura che gestisce ed organizza eventi ha la necessità di ottimizzare gli spazi destinati alle iniziative, garantire degli standard elevati dei propri servizi, ed assicurarsi della buona riuscita degli stessi. Un evento con poca affluenza, seppur caratterizzato da relatori blasonati, può avere delle ripercussioni non positive sull’immagine della struttura ospitante. Tuttavia, questi concetti spesso non trovano riscontro pratico attuabile in campo, di conseguenza si ritiene necessario implementare dei sistemi esperti funzionali a tale obiettivo. Il sistema prevede per mezzo di rete WIFI o Internet GATEWAY, mediante un elaboratore centrale, di effettuare un preventivo automatico mediante modulo di intelligenza artificiale, con la finalità di massimizzare l’allocazione degli spazi disponibili della struttura. Il sistema consente all’utente finale di inserire le proprie necessità relative ad un evento da pianificare, effettuare interazione con un autorisponditore dotato di intelligenza artificiale, produrre un preventivo di spesa relativamente alla organizzazione di un evento mediante interrogazione di una base di conoscenza semantica relativa al territorio e storica, determinare l’andamento nel tempo del parametro SEA (space event allocation) che è l’obiettivo da massimizzare, fornire una simulazione della gestione e organizzazione dell’evento anche mediante l’utilizzo della realtà virtuale determinando la stima di parametri attentivi della platea, il livello di acustica e luminosità della sala, e stima della riuscita dell’evento. L’elaboratore centrale è un normale calcolatore dotato di interfaccia di rete e caratterizzato dalla presenza della base di conoscenza degli eventi (semantica), una base di conoscenza del territorio (tiene conto del meteo, feste, presenze turistiche), una base di dati relativa allo storico della struttura (per valutare la periodicità di eventi). Detto calcolatore è caratterizzato da un modulo allocatore di spazi, caratterizzato da logiche di ricerca operativa (massimizzazione del parametro SEA) con relativo preventivatore, modulo per la pianificazione e simulazione della gestione dell’evento comprensivo di modulo per la realtà virtuale (utilizzato per la somministrazione di contenuti al fine della simulazione dello scenario in cui viene ospitato l’evento), modulo per la stima dell’acustica e della luminosità richiesta dall’evento, modulo per la stima delle performance dell’evento previste (in funzione dei dati inseriti sull’evento e delle informazioni semantiche e di territorio). A titolo di esempio si fornisce la seguente descrizione. Un utente mediante interfaccia HMI collegata all’elaboratore centrale, richiede la fattibilità di un evento presso la struttura oggetto del sistema. Tale fattibilità tende a valutare la disponibilità degli spazi e ne fornisce il relativo preventivo di spesa considerando la semantica dell’evento da organizzare e le informazioni territoriali disponibili. Il sistema, laddove sia valutata la fattibilità, fornisce una simulazione degli spazi da allocare, mediante l’utilizzo della realtà virtuale. Modellando il simulatore con la variazione dei parametri è possibile ottenere un miglioramento delle performance PoE, al fine di simulare al meglio l’evento da realizzare. Highly innovative system for the optimized management of the spaces of a structure intended for events including: - HMI interface equipped with Internet connectivity via WIFI NETWORK or Internet Gateway; - central processor, capable of making an automatic estimate relating to an event using an artificial intelligence module; - artificial intelligence module with the aim of maximizing the allocation of the available spaces of the structure; - autoresponder module equipped with artificial intelligence capable of producing a cost estimate relating to the organization of an event by querying a semantic knowledge base relating to the territory and history; - module to determine the trend over time of the SEA (space event allocation) parameter which is the objective to be maximized. The SEA parameter is maximized by an operational search function that takes into account the available spaces, the price and the period, considering the semantics of the territory and the history; - simulator module for the management and organization of the event, also with the aid of the virtual reality module, capable of estimating the attentional parameters of the audience, the level of acoustics and brightness of the room, and the estimate of the success of the event. The second parameter of the highly innovative system is PoeV (performance of event) which represents the estimate of the redemption of a given event. This factor is determined by a function that values the information relating to the semantics of the event, the acoustics (Ac), the services purchased (Si), the lighting (Lum), the semantics of the event (SeV), the semantics of the territory in the reference period (Sem (t)), the information coming from the historian (T); 2. System according to claim 1 characterized by a module for the entire management of the event, which allows the registration of participants, the management of consent pursuant to the GDPR, the streaming of the event, the sharing of media and information , the interaction between users and the interaction via humanoid chatbot managed by a specific knowledge base of the event.
