The present invention relates to an improved door, in particular a door for a home that selectively allows access to a restricted and safe space.

Recently there has been a great development of so-called electronic commerce, which requires the delivery of goods to the address indicated by the customer. However, given the less and less widespread presence of the concierge service in homes, the delivery of goods becomes a critical aspect of the entire e-commerce chain. In this regard, it should be noted that the often repeated impossibility of delivering the goods by the courier, for example because the recipient is not at home, implies a multiplication of transport trips. This multiplication obviously has very negative effects on urban traffic and consequently on environmental pollution. Solutions such as delivery points, managed by personnel or automatic, are known. Here the couriers can leave the goods in storage and customers can pick them up. This solution, while appreciated, is however not free from defects. Of course, the presence of personnel at the delivery point guarantees the correct functionality of the system, but at the same time implies additional costs. Moreover, the automatic delivery points, which are not yet widespread in the area, can often be full and therefore do not allow the storage of other goods. Furthermore, the customer's need to go to the delivery point, especially if this is far from the customer's usual path, implies an increase in traffic and pollution.

The aim of the present invention is therefore to overcome the drawbacks highlighted above in relation to the known art.

In particular, an aim of the present invention is to make available a door capable of guaranteeing an autonomous and certain reception of the goods addressed to a customer.

Another task of the present invention is to provide an automated delivery system capable of guaranteeing a delivery of goods by a supplier and an autonomous and certain reception of the goods by a customer.

This purpose and these tasks are achieved by means of a door suitable to be placed at the entrance of a house, in accordance with claim 1.

This object and these tasks are also achieved by means of an automated delivery system comprising the door, in accordance with claim 12.

To better understand the invention and appreciate its advantages, some of its exemplary and non-limiting embodiments are described below, referring to the attached drawings, in which:

The present invention in a first aspect concerns a door 50 suitable to be placed at the entrance of a house so as to define an internal side I and an external side E. The door 50 includes:

- a door 52 suitable for allowing the passage of people entering / exiting the house,

- a first group of hinges 54 suitable for allowing the rotation of the door 52 between a closed position C and a fully open position A, and

- a first lock group 56 suitable for selectively locking and unlocking the leaf 52 in the closed position C.

In addition, the door 50 according to the invention includes:

- a compartment 58 suitable for containing packs 60, in which when the door 52 is in the closed position C the compartment 58 develops mainly on the internal side I of the door 50;

- a door 62 suitable for allowing the passage of the packs 60 into / out of the compartment 58, in which the door 62:

- opens on the external side E of the door 50;

- it is suitable for passing from a closed position c to a completely open position a; And

- a second lock assembly 64 suitable for selectively locking and unlocking the external door 62 in the closing position c;

The technical effects achieved by one or more of the aspects described are:

- efficiency of delivery of a package in terms of certainty of receipt of the same by the recipient;

- automated and autonomous receipt of the package;

- optimization of delivery missions;

- consequent reduction of environmental pollution and traffic.

The idea behind the present invention guarantees a sure benefit for the user who has to receive a package, as it allows automated delivery even in his absence, and theoretically achievable at any time of day or night.

The idea behind the present invention also guarantees a certain benefit also to transport carriers who can organize deliveries with the certainty of not having to make multiple delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient, maximizing efficiency both in terms of quantity of goods. delivered and delivery times.

The idea behind the present invention guarantees a sure benefit to any online shop (Amazon, Ebay etc.) that uses the aforementioned transport carriers allowing an optimization of delivery costs made possible by maximizing delivery efficiency. .

In the context of this discussion, some terminological conventions have been adopted in order to make reading easier and more fluent. These terminological conventions are clarified below with reference to the attached figures.

Since the invention is intended to be used in the presence of gravity acceleration g, it is understood that the latter uniquely defines the vertical direction. Similarly, it is understood that on the basis of the acceleration of gravity g the terms "high", "superior", "above", "ridge" and the like are uniquely defined, with respect to the terms "low", "lower", "below" , "Bottom" and the like.

The vertical direction also identifies the planes perpendicular to it as "horizontal" planes.

Finally, in the description that follows, the term "armored" is used. By this we mean that the armored structure is built to be resistant to burglary and is provided with particular anti-burglary characteristics. An armored door, also known as an "anti-intrusion" door, can preferably correspond to the requirements of the UNI EN 1627 standard. Other structures can be built by analogy to the requirements for doors.

In light of the above, the door 50 is preferably armored. As already mentioned above, the door 50 also comprises a compartment 58 suitable for containing parcels 60. The compartment 58 is therefore not identifiable with a classic mailbox, since the latter is intended to contain only correspondence, envelopes, postcards, sheets such as promotional flyers, and in general articles that develop mainly in a plan. The compartment 58 of the door 50, on the other hand, is suitable for containing articles which develop in a comparable way in the three dimensions. By way of example, the compartment 58 can have an internal volume greater than 20 dm <3>, preferably greater than 50 dm <3>, even more preferably greater than 80 dm <3>. Such a volume naturally implies that the compartment 58 has considerable dimensions, for example that it has a depth greater than 20 cm, preferably greater than 30 cm, even more preferably greater than or equal to 40 cm.

Since the depth of the compartment 58 is significant and significantly exceeds the thickness of the door 50, the compartment 58 develops mainly on the internal side I of the door 50, therefore inside the house. This detail allows, if the house is part of a condominium, not to occupy the condominium area in any way.

The external door 62, once opened, allows access to the compartment 58 from the external side E of the door 50. The external door 62 has a height and width preferably comparable to the height and width of the compartment 58. This means that, once the external door 62 has been completely opened, a package 60 can be gently placed on the bottom of the compartment 58. This makes the compartment 58 according to the invention even more different from a common mailbox, since in this case the access to the volume internal is provided by a slot placed on the top of the box. Correspondence and small parcels must therefore be dropped into the mailbox, with potential damage to its contents. In the invention, on the other hand, access to the internal volume of compartment 58 is guaranteed by the external door 62 which extends for a height comparable to that of compartment 58 itself. This allows the packs 60 to be gently placed in compartment 58.

As already mentioned above, the compartment 58 comprises the second lock assembly 64 suitable for selectively locking and unlocking the external door 62 in the closed position c.

Some different solutions will be described in addition to allowing the control of the opening of the second lock group 64.

Preferably, like the door 50, also the compartment 58 is armored in such a way as to resist break-in in turn. In other words, the compartment 58 can preferably be made using techniques similar to those used to make the door 50. In this way, even by opening the external door 62, you do not access the house, but a space that is in turn safe. There is therefore no way for an attacker to overcome the obstacle constituted by the armored door 50 through the external door 62. In this way, the attacker could possibly open the external door 62 and, in the worst case, steal only the pack 60, thus limiting the damage.

Even more preferably, the external door 62 is also armored. In other words, as well as the compartment 58, the external door 62 can also be preferably made using techniques similar to those used to make the door 50. In this way, for a malicious person, the opening of the external door 62 also constitutes an obstacle analogous to that constituted by the armored door 50. In this way, even a package 60 delivered in compartment 58 remains in a safe place.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the door 50 provides only the external door 62; this allows you to install the door of the invention even if the space on the internal side I of the door is minimal. In this preferred solution, when the customer returns home, he empties the compartment 58 by accessing the external door 62.

Preferably, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, the compartment 58 also comprises an internal door 66. The internal door 66 is in turn suitable for allowing the passage of the packs 60 into / out of the compartment 58, and opens onto the internal side I of the door 50. The internal door 66 can allow the pack 60 to be removed from the compartment 58 without leaving the house. Preferably, like the external door 62, the internal door 66 is also armored.

Preferably, the external door 62 comprises a second group of hinges 68 suitable for allowing the rotation of the door 62 between a closed position c and a fully open position a.

In an alternative variant of the embodiments shown, the door 50 could be a normal door of a known type to which modifications have been made. In particular, the embodiment of figure 1 could be obtained by a professional blacksmith by opening a window in the sheets that make up the leaf 52 and applying the compartment 58, which protrudes on the internal side, and the relative external door 62 into this window, which opens on the outside. In the specific case, the compartment 58 would also comprise an internal door 66 shown in the partially open position in Figure 2. Purely by way of example, in the embodiment of Figures 1 to 3, all the locks are mechanical, thus maintaining a degree of minimal difficulty for the installation of the invention in an already existing house.

The optional method described above to obtain the invention starting from a door 50 of a known type allows you to minimize the expense by recovering the value of the door 50 itself and the related fixed structures.

Figures 4 to 6 schematically show a second group of embodiments. Also in these embodiments, as in the previous ones, the preferred variant provides that the door 50 is made completely from scratch, while the alternative variant provides that the door 50 can be a normal door of a known type to which modifications have been made. necessary. However, the peculiarity of these embodiments is to adapt to the specific case in which the top 52 of the door, in the fully open position, approaches a fixed obstacle inside the house, typically a wall. In this case, therefore, there is not enough space inside the house to allow the opening of the door 52 if it carries a compartment 58 similar to that of figures 1 to 3. In the embodiment of figures 4 to 6, the compartment 58 is mounted on the leaf 62 in a pivoting manner. More specifically, apart from the second group of hinges 68 which allow the opening of the external door 62, the door 50 comprises a third group of hinges 70 which allows the rotation of the entire compartment 58 with the relative external door 62. The third group of hinges 70 preferably comprises springs suitable for maintaining, in the absence of other external forces, the space 58 on the internal side of the door 50.

When the door 52 is brought to the fully open position A, the compartment 58 comes into contact with the fixed obstacle and rotates towards the external side of the door 50. Preferably, the door 50 also comprises stops which prevent the overturning of the compartment 58 beyond the angle envisaged in the design phase. In this specific example, in order to limit as much as possible the overall dimensions on the internal side, the compartment 58 does not include an internal door 66 and the packs 60 must be delivered and collected through the same external door 62. In this configuration, the door 50 according to the invention has dimensions that are absolutely comparable to those of a door of a known type. Of course, in this embodiment it is absolutely preferable that the external door 62 be armored. In the configuration of Figure 8, in fact, any opening of the external door 62 would allow direct access to the house.

In accordance with some embodiments, the compartment 58 must be manually coupled and uncoupled from the door 50, as needed. In this case, the inconvenience deriving from the greater overall dimensions of the door 50 is limited only to the days in which the delivery of a parcel 60 is expected, while on all other days the door 50 assumes a size absolutely comparable to that of a type door. known.

In accordance with another particular embodiment, schematized in Figure 9, the compartment 58 is instead able to autonomously approach the internal side of the door 52 when this is in the closed position C. Once the compartment 58 is approached completely to the leaf 52, suitable locking means 74 firmly fasten it to the door 50. Naturally it is highly preferable that also the compartment 58 and the locking means 74 which bind it to the leaf 52 guarantee an adequate level of security against burglary .

In this configuration, the compartment 58 comprises autonomous movement means 59 arranged for an automated coupling / uncoupling of the compartment 58 with respect to the door 50 itself; normally, the compartment 58 is located in a predefined position inside the house, not adjacent to the door 50.

The door 50 of the invention comprises a processing unit 100 logically connected to the autonomous movement means 59 and to the locking means 74.

The processing unit 100 is located remotely or locally to the door 50.

A local configuration interface 111 and / or a remote configuration interface 121 are associated with the processing unit 100. When the owner leaves the house, he sets an automatic movement command of the compartment 58 via one of the interfaces mentioned. In accordance with this embodiment, a user does not suffer from any discomfort due to the dimensions of the compartment 58, since during the use of the door 50 the latter has an overall dimensions that are absolutely comparable to that of a known type door. On the contrary, the phases in which the door 50 takes on a larger footprint due to the compartment 58, are limited to a short period and take place in full autonomy, without any intervention by the user.

In all the embodiments of the invention, the processing unit 100 can preferably also control the first lock assembly 56 of the door 52, and / or the second lock assembly 64 of the external door 62, as well as the locking means 74 and the autonomous movement means 59. The electronic unit 100 can also communicate with the compartment 58 in order to control its movements.

According to the invention, the second lock group 64 is electronically controlled and lockable / unlockable according to a predefined access parameter IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3.

With particular reference to Figure 25, the processing unit 100 is configured to control the electronic locking / unlocking of the second lock group 64.

To ensure that the door 50 can rotate freely and that it does not obstruct the passage excessively when it is in the fully open position A, the first group of hinges 54 is advantageously located in an intermediate position between the internal surface and the external surface. , preferably closer to the latter. In these embodiments, the space 58 has a telescopic structure. This structure allows you to limit the space inside the house when compartment 58 is not used (as schematized for example in figure 20) and to increase its depth when compartment 58 is to receive a pack 60.

The telescopic structure of the compartment 58 is preferably similar to that of the telescopic safety covers used on machine tools. In the specific embodiment of figures 19-21, the door 50 also comprises the aforementioned video camera 203, located outside the door 50.

Preferably, a second camera 205 is also provided inside the door 50.

In a preferred variant of the embodiments shown, the door 50 is made from scratch complete with the technical characteristics described below.

In an alternative variant of the embodiments shown, the door 50 could be a normal door of a known type to which modifications have been made.

In these embodiments, the compartment 58 has a bellows structure. This structure allows to limit the space inside the house when the compartment 58 is not used (as shown for example in figure 23) and to increase its volume when the compartment 58 must receive a pack 60 (as shown for example in figure 24 ). This bellows structure preferably comprises steel frame elements and an anti-cut sheet, for example a sheet made of polyaramid fibers and / or steel fibers. Also in the specific embodiment of figures 22-24, the door 50 comprises the aforementioned video camera 203.

Preferably, in all the embodiments of the invention the compartment 58 is equipped with detection means 75 of the pack 60, in particular a photocell, configured to detect the actual presence of the pack when the compartment 58 is closed in order to avoid false deliveries, i.e. opening and closing of the compartment without delivery of the package 60.

In a second aspect, the invention describes an automated delivery system comprising the door 50 in the embodiments described.

According to the invention, with reference to Figure 27, the automated delivery system includes an order receiving station 400.

The order receiving station 400 is configured to receive an order Ord of an object O from an ordering subject U.

It is assumed that the ordering subject U is the recipient of the ordered object O or that, in any case, if the order was placed by a third party, the recipient has been identified.

The order receiving station 400 is also configured to generate a delivery identification parameter CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3 depending on the Ord order received and send the delivery identification parameter CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3 to the ordering subject U.

A door 50, as previously described, is part of the delivery system and is configured to receive the parcel 60.

In the delivery system of the invention, the delivery identification parameter CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3, received by the sender U and identifying the package 60, corresponds to the default access parameter IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3.

According to the invention, the default access parameter IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3 includes one or more of:

- a first access parameter IDP_1 representative of a conferring subject S suitable for interacting with the compartment 58.

- a second access parameter IDP_2 representative of the object O in the corresponding package 60 to be stored in compartment 58;

- a third access parameter IDP_3 representative of the order (Ord) made of the object O in the corresponding package 60 to be stored in compartment 58.

Preferably, once the compartment 58 has closed and the detection means 75 have confirmed the presence of the package 60, the processing unit 100 sends a PEC certified e-mail message to the receiving station 400.

Preferably, the detection means 75 are equipped with a small-sized camera configured to photograph the pack 60 in the closed compartment 58 and send this photo, for example, to a smartphone of the transferring subject S.

Alternatively, a small-sized printer can be provided that generates a sort of delivery receipt for the transferring subject S so that the delivery of the package can be certified.

As the skilled person may well understand, the invention allows to overcome the drawbacks highlighted above with reference to the known art.

In particular, the present invention makes available a door capable of guaranteeing an autonomous and certain reception of the goods addressed to a customer.

In particular, the present invention makes available an automated delivery system capable of guaranteeing a delivery of goods by a supplier and an autonomous and certain reception of the goods by a customer.

It is clear that the specific characteristics are described in relation to different embodiments of the invention with an illustrative and non-limiting intent. Obviously, a person skilled in the art can make further modifications and variations to the present invention, in order to satisfy contingent and specific needs. For example, the technical characteristics described in relation to an embodiment of the invention can be extrapolated from it and applied to other embodiments of the invention. These modifications and variations are also contained within the scope of protection of the invention, as defined by the following claims.

Claims (13)

CLAIMS 1. Door (50) suitable to be placed at the entrance of a house so as to define an internal side (I) and an external side (E), the door (50) including: - a door (52) suitable for allowing the passage of people entering / exiting the house, - a first group of hinges (54) suitable for allowing the rotation of the door (52) between a closed position (C) and a fully open position (A), - a first lock group (56) suitable for selectively locking and unlocking the leaf (52) in the closed position (C), in which the door (50) also includes: - a compartment (58) suitable for containing packages (60), in which when the leaf (52) is in the closed position (C) the compartment (52) extends mainly on the internal side (I) of the door (50 ); - a door (62) suitable for allowing the passage of the packs into / out of the compartment (58), in which the door (62): - opens on the external side (E) of the door (50); - it is suitable for passing from a closed position (C) to a completely open position (A); - a second lock assembly (64) suitable for selectively locking and unlocking the door (62) in the closed position (C), wherein said second lock group (64) is electronically controlled and lockable / unlockable according to a predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3). 2. Door according to claim 1 comprising a processing unit (100) logically connected to said second lock group (64), comprising: a receiving module (101) configured to receive one or more of: - a first access parameter (ID_1) representative of a conferring subject (S) capable of interacting with said space (58); - a second access parameter (ID_2) representative of an object to be stored in said compartment (58); - a third access parameter (ID_3) representative of an order () made for an object to be stored in said compartment (58); a comparison module (102) configured to compare said access parameter (ID_1; ID_2; ID_3) received with said predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3); an unlocking module (103) configured to unlock said second lock group (64) as a function of a correspondence between said predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3) and said received access parameter (ID_1; ID_2; ID_3). 3. Door (50) according to claim 2, wherein said a processing unit (100) is located remotely or locally to said door (50). Door (50) according to claim 2 or 3 wherein said processing unit (100) is in data connection with one or more of a local user interface (111) and a remote user interface (121) configured for an insertion of said predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3) in said memory module (110); Door (50) according to claim 4 wherein said local user interface (111) comprises a keypad or touch display. Door (50) according to claim 4 wherein said remote user interface (121) comprises data entry means associated with one or more of a computer and / or a smartphone and / or a tablet PC. 7. Door (50) according to any of the preceding claims comprising detection means (200) arranged for a detection of said access parameter (ID_1; ID_2; ID_3), said detection means (200) comprising one or more of: - a barcode, RFID etc. reader (201). prepared for reading an access parameter (ID_1; ID_2; ID_3) reproduced on a suitable readable medium; - a touch screen display (202) designed to receive a manual entry of said access parameter (ID_1; ID_2; ID_3) - a camera (203) set up for shooting said access parameter (ID_1; ID_2; ID_3). Door (50) according to claim 7, in which said detection means (200) are equipped with telephone connection means (300) arranged to transmit the access parameter (ID_1; ID_2) to said remote user interface (121); ID_3) detected. Door (50) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said compartment (58) can be coupled / uncoupled from said door (50). Door (50) according to claim 9 wherein said compartment (58) can be coupled / uncoupled manually. Door (50) according to claim 9, wherein said compartment (58) comprises autonomous movement means (59) arranged for an automated coupling / uncoupling of said compartment (58) with respect to the door (50) itself. 12. Automated delivery system comprising: an order receiving station (400) configured for: - receive an order (Ord) for an object (O) from an ordering subject (U) and establish a recipient subject (U); - generate a delivery identification parameter (CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3) according to said order (Ord) received; - sending said delivery identification parameter (CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3) to said ordering subject (U); delivery means (500) configured to transport said ordered object (O) to said ordering subject (U) in a corresponding package (60) identifiable through said delivery identification parameter (CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3); a door (50) according to any one of the preceding claims configured to receive said pack (60), in which a second lock assembly (64) is electronically controlled and lockable / unlockable according to a predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3). - wherein said delivery identification parameter (CIDP_1; CIDP_2; CIDP_3), received by said ordering subject (U) and identifying said package (60), corresponds to said predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3). 13. Delivery system according to claim 12 wherein said predefined access parameter (IDP_1; IDP_2; IDP_3) includes one or more of: - a first access parameter (IDP_1) representative of a conferring subject (S) capable of interacting with said space (58); - a second access parameter (IDP_2) representative of said object (O) in said corresponding pack (60) to be stored in said compartment (58); - a third access parameter (IDP_3) representative of said order (Ord) made of said object (O) in said corresponding pack (60) to be stored in said compartment (58).
