Macchina dosatrice per la produzione di praline (10), comprendente: - un telaio di sostegno, - almeno un primo ed un secondo serbatoio (26a, 26b) atti a contenere rispettivamente materiale di ripieno e di rivestimento di dette praline (10) e dai quali si dipartono rispettivi condotti di deflusso (28a, 28b), - uno stampo (68) presentante almeno un alveolo (70) sagomato a guisa di pralina (10), - mezzi di movimentazione di detto stampo (68) in un piano sostanzialmente orizzontale, - un elemento dosatore (36) nel quale sfociano detti condotti di deflusso (28a, 28b) ed avente un ugello di scarico (40) a struttura coassiale con almeno un condotto centrale (42) ed un condotto circostante (44), ed almeno una prima ed una seconda valvola (46a, 46b) atte a porre selettivamente in comunicazione il condotto di deflusso (28a) del materiale di ripieno con detto condotto centrale (42), e rispettivamente il condotto di deflusso (28b) del materiale di rivestimento con detto condotto circostante(44), e - mezzi di azionamento dell’elemento dosatore (36) lungo un asse verticale (86) al di sopra di detto stampo (68).
