The present invention is part of the field of gymnastic equipment and / or for postural re-education by means of backrests and / or steps made of different materials, tools for physical exercise, indicated for the execution of postural exercises of stretching, rebalancing muscle and endurance.

The present invention applies to the technical sector of postural rehabilitation and medical gymnastics equipment.

Basically, the present invention is conceived to allow the maintenance of the correct posture in areas other than those of a gym, for example, in the workplace.

State of the art

The state of the art is represented by several patents. In particular, patent application WO 2004/085002 A2 relates to a device for posture correction exercises comprising an inclined seat for housing the user, so as to provide greater resistance by gravity to the backward movement of the user's body. and the rotation of the user's arms against tension and resistance with a counter backward movement by the user's body. The user's hands in palm upward positions grasp ball handles secured under the device's rear pivot arm positioners.

Instead, patent CN 104323589 B relates to a device consisting of a seat surmounted by a posture correction mechanism. The posture correction mechanism comprises a handle, an actuator and a backrest handlebar, the handlebar mounted near the side surface of the seat, disposed behind the seat backrest drive mechanism, the seat fixedly connected to the backrest.

A further example of the state of the art is given by patent application WO 2007/023499 A1 concerning a posture device for positioning an individual in such a way as to make the individual's back accessible. The posture device includes a base and a spine support system. The spine support system can be, for example, a flexible chain that adapts to the spinal shape of the individual. The device may also include one or more rear supports attached to the base, each rear support being movable and, depending on the configuration, adapted to form an angle with the base and to provide support for the back. The device can be used to perform a treatment of the individual's back or to apply one or more transducers, such as microphones, to the individual's back.

The state of the art described above refers to rather complex machinery, often bulky and expensive, whose operation managed by a computer does not offer a global work and specific and conscious training.

These are postural appliances / sessions, on which the movements are limited to a few exercises and the position is the same. The reading of postural variations is entrusted to electronic equipment, the feedback is therefore mediated and not direct.

Presentation of the invention

The technical task of the present invention is therefore to improve the state of the art.

As part of this task, the object of the present invention is to develop an exercise apparatus that can correct posture and improve physical fitness in a constructively more conscious and simple way, with considerable economic savings, by applying known execution techniques, such as Mezieres and Pilates.

Another purpose of the invention is to provide a multifunctional exerciser that can contain the potential of bulky equipment in a small space, while maintaining manageability, ease of use and relatively limited weight.

A further object is to provide a tool that can be adapted to the most diverse anthropometries, capable of being calibrated on the single individual and allowing the improvements obtained to be assessed over time.

A further purpose is to provide a tool that allows the user to autonomously and individually perform a whole series of preliminary functional tests relating to joint mobility, posture and strength, providing the user with a self-assessment tool.

A further purpose is to provide a multifunctional tool that can be used in its entirety, allowing to assume various positions, in order to guarantee a global rebalancing of the body through a real guided re-education.

A further purpose is to offer a single work tool for the execution of movements related to each other through a protocol, a sequence, to be replicated at each session, which does not leave out any aspect of functional training, providing support for the user engaged in the exploration of their own bodily limits.

A further object is to provide an exercise apparatus with high functionality and great potential, at relatively low costs, which is manageable, easily transportable and of reduced space, which can be adapted to different human measurements, through anatomical adjustment. adaptive and with which to obtain a personalized work through the execution of the movement along a predetermined path.

A further object is to carry out exercises with a single tool whose execution would otherwise require specific equipment, such as backrests, steps, Pilates machinery. If used in the medical rehabilitation field, this single tool can become a diagnostic tool, to help the therapist identify dysmetria, hypotonia, functional limitations, giving the patient an immediate feeling of symmetry.

Description of embodiments

Referring to FIG. 1, it is possible to note that a universal gymnastic apparatus for postural re-education comprises a supporting structure 1 connected to a back 2 and to a step 3.

Advantageously, the supporting structure 1 comprises:

- a primary horizontal bar 11 placed at a prime level V11 on the vertical, in order to support at the proprioceptive level the correct positioning of the pelvis, in this case of the sacrum, in its desirable correct angle of 90 ° during a Mezieres team, sitting on the ground with back to the vertical;
