Con particolare riferimento ora alla figura 1, nel presente assorbente un elemento di supporto, piano e flessibile, è indicato con 3; esso può essere ad esempio realizzato in materiale morbido, quale tessuto non tessuto in poliestere, PVC, polietilene, polistirolo, tessuto in cotone, in acetato e simili. La forma realizzativa con una sola espansione terminale rappresenta una forma preferita poiché consente comunque la tenuta richiesta al presente assorbente, riducendo però ulteriormente l’ingombro rispetto alla forma provvista di due espansioni terminali. An improved adhesive absorbent pad for minor male urinary incontinence, comprising a flat flexible support with an elongated face having at least one terminal expansion, and a pad of highly liquid absorbent material in the center of said face, at of which two transverse fins extend from this support, said pad being shaped at the corners so as to create loops at the points of union between said elongated face and said transverse fins, at least said transverse fins and said terminal expansion being also coated with an adhesive .

2. The adhesive absorbent according to claim 1, wherein said pad is made of polyacrylic fibers with materials based on anhydrous cellulosic fiber.

3. The adhesive absorbent according to any of the preceding claims, in which said elongated face and said transverse flaps are entirely coated with an adhesive.

4. The adhesive absorbent according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said adhesive is a silicone adhesive that allows repositioning.

5. A kit comprising at least one adhesive absorbent as defined in claims 1-4, and a packaging bag designed to contain said at least one absorbent, sealed on the perimeter and preferably equipped with an indentation or other means to facilitate opening.
