Alio stato della tecnica, non risultano esserci spa con piano solarium predisposto per due letti matrimoniali, coperte da capotte retrattili. L'invenzione trova utilità nel settore prefabbricati industriali di arredo garden, essendo una struttura producibile in kit. Confrontandola con altri articoli vagamente simili , tale invenzione si prefigge di completare le esigenze di distensione, benessere e svago, secondo le fondamentali norme fisiologiche e di rivitalizzazione . A differenza di altre spa, questa che si presenta, ha la caratteristica di poter far prendere bagni di acqua, sole, potersi distendere sui letti attigui ed eventualmente pernottare nella stessa struttura. La sua naturale collocazione è in ville private, campeggi, agriturismi e villaggi turistici. Tale struttura è formata da un telaio rettangolare di cm 450x250 alto cm 230 composto da assi di legno lamellare, che si incuneano per dieci centimetri in giunture metalliche angolari prodotte con sezioni di tubolari aventi quattro fori di entrata, di forme diverse a seconda del loro punto di collocazione. Tale telaio è coperto da una capotte( tav1 fig 1e2 punto 7), composta da un telo nel quale sono cucite 8 anse aventi ognuna un diametro di cm 5 per contenere ognuna delle 8 traversine di alluminio che inserite nel telo in senso longitudinale alfa lunghezza delia cappote formano la sua armatura.
