L'invenzione consiste nell'inserimento di una piastra basculante e di un tappo sul collo di un contenitore avente due sezioni di differente diametro. La piastra basculante è inserita per mezzo di un supporto sulla sezione del collo più vicina all'apertura del contenitore e con il diametro più piccolo: durante l'assenza del tappo ha la funzione di separare il liquido dall'ambiente esterno e permettere il versamento della bevanda. Il sistema di apertura e chiusura per un contenitore di bevanda si compone di una piastra basculante 1, di un supporto anulare 2, di un tappo 3 e di un collo avente una sezione superiore con un diametro più piccolo 5 ed una sezione inferiore con un diametro più grande 6, entrambe le sezioni provviste di filettatura (Fig. 1.A).
