Il presente trovato riguarda un elemento di giunzione per monoblocco isolante in laterizio, secondo la parte generale della rivendicazione 1; il trovato riguarda inoltre il monoblocco che utilizza tale elemento. E’ noto che in edilizia, fra i vari sistemi di isolamento termico degli edifici, è diffuso quello di realizzare dei muri dotati di un’intercapedine di materiale isolante. Specificatamente ciò riguarda quelli che si realizzano in opera con due strati di mattoni in laterizio, fra i quali vengono inserite delle lastre di materiale isolante termico o isolante termo/acustico. Sempre a titolo di esempio si cita anche la soluzione costruttiva realizzata dalle “Fornaci di Masserano” (Italia), che producono un monoblocco composto da tre elementi uniti tramite un aggancio montato su un pannello isolante, composto da quattro clips in acciaio che si uniscono saldamente ai laterizi e da quattro rivetti passanti in acciaio che garantiscono l’unione fra le clips, la distanza fra le clips e quindi fra i due blocchi in laterizio essendo mantenuta costante da quattro distanziali. All’atto pratico, le soluzioni costruttive sopra descritte ed altre simili manifestano degli inconvenienti nella realizzazione che ne limitano la diffusione. A titolo di esempio si ricorda che nel monoblocco descritto nel documento brevettuale citato i due laterizi contrapposti devono presentare ognuno una coppia di fori i quali, per permettere l’inserimento delle due estremità dell’elemento di fissaggio, devono essere posizionati a distanze ben definite, condizione che è difficilmente ottenibile, in quanto detti fori sono realizzati durante la trafilatura di un filone di argilla cruda, per cui dopo il taglio dei singoli pezzi e con l’essicazione del materiale l’interasse dei fori varia in modo non prevedibile. Come visibile nella fig.1, il monoblocco isolante in laterizio, indicato con il riferimento 100, è costituito da due elementi contrapposti in laterizio 101 con interposto un elemento in materiale isolante 200.
