Device for opening bags (1), particularly plastic bags for food use, characterized in that it comprises: - a first opening element (3) having at least a first high friction surface portion (5), said first high friction surface portion (5) being able to face a first flap (7) of a bag (9), - a second opening element (11) having at least a second high friction surface portion (13), said second high friction surface portion (13) being able to face a second flap (15) of said bag (9), said bag (9) being insertable, in correspondence of said two flaps (7, 15), between said first opening element (3) and said second opening element (11), said first opening element (3) and said second opening element (11) being able to be reciprocally approached one against the other, the relative movement between said first opening element (3) and said second opening element (11), in contact respectively with said first flap ( 7) and said second flap (15) of said bag (9), separating said first flap (7) with respect to said second flap (15).

2. Device for opening bags (1), according to claim 1, characterized in that it separates a first flap (70) of a plastic glove (90) with respect to a second flap (150) of said plastic glove (90).

3. Device for opening bags (1), according to claims 1 or 2, characterized in that said first opening element (3) comprises a sheet-like body (4) made of an elastomeric material, and defining said first portion high friction surface (5).

4. Device for opening bags (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that said second opening element (11) comprises a handle (19) at the end of which a body (12) is arranged made of an elastomeric material, and defining said second high friction surface portion (13).

Device for opening bags (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a sheet-like body (40) made of an elastomeric material defining, at a first end (41) said first element of opening (3) and defining, at a second end (43) opposite to said first end (41), said second opening element (11).

6. Device for opening bags (1), according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that it is associated with a box (45) for containing and dispensing said bags (9).

7. Apparatus for dispensing bags (100), particularly plastic bags for food use, characterized in that it comprises a bag dispenser (101) and a device for opening bags (1), according to one or more than the previous claims.

8. Apparatus for dispensing bags (100), according to claim 7, characterized in that it comprises a plastic glove dispenser (102).

Method for opening bags, particularly plastic bags for food use, characterized in that it comprises the following steps: - arranging two flaps (7, 15) of a bag (9) between a first opening element (3) having at least a first high friction surface portion (5) and a second opening element (11) having at least a second portion high friction surface (13); - approaching each other said first opening element (3) and said second opening element (11) until said first opening element (3) and said second opening element (11) come into contact respectively with a first flap (7 ) and with a second flap (15) of said bag (9); - moving said first opening element (3) and said second opening element (11) relatively with respect to each other, in contact respectively with said first flap (7) and with said second flap (15) of said bag ( 9), said relative movement by separating said first flap (7) with respect to said second flap (15) and opening said bag (9).
