CLAIMS 1) A device (1) for billboards, particularly for the display of advertising messages along roads, highways and railway lines, comprising a support frame (2) for at least one panel (3) to be displayed, said frame (2) defining a lying plane (10) for said at least one panel (3) and having perimeter walls (4, 4 ') for holding said at least one panel (3) itself, characterized in that said perimeter walls (4, 4') comprise at least a movable portion (4 ') between an open position and a closed position, so that in the open position of said movable portion (4'), the panel (3) is accessible from the outside for its insertion and extraction, while in the closed position the panel (3) is inaccessible from the outside.

2) Device according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said movable portion (4 ') is adapted to be rotated around a rotation axis (17) of the lying plane (10).

3) Device according to claim 1, characterized in that said movable portion (4 ') is removable.
