Abstract

La presente invenzione riguarda un dispositivo (1) per il rilevamento termometrico invasivo, e eventualmente l'introduzione di un medicamento, per applicazioni di ipertermia superficiale e profonda, comprendente un elemento ad ago - spillo (2), un catetere (3) costituito da una guaina semirigida in materiale biocompatibile, sagomato attorno a detto elemento ad ago - spillo (2), e accoppiato ad esso in maniera che l'elemento ad ago - spillo (2) possa essere sfilato, almeno una termocoppia (5), disposta sulla circonferenza della guaina semirigida di detto catetere (3), in posizioni note, con l'estremità costituente il punto di lettura che preferibilmente fuoriesce di pochi centesimi di millimetro da detta guaina, venendo a contatto con i tessuti, un elemento (4) di applicazione del catetere sul corpo provvisto di una apertura per consentire lo sfilamento dell'elemento ad ago - spillo (2).
