Abstract
In una macchina tessile per la produzione di filato i fusi vengono azionati singolarmente, direttamente da motori asincroni, i quali vengono alimentati congiuntamente attraverso un convertitore di frequenza. Alla rottura di un filo o al cambio di una bobina un motore asincrono deve venire avviato singolarmente rispetto ai motori asincroni che continuano la rotazione.Questo avviamento viene eseguito secondo esigenze della tecnologia della filatura, in modo così dolce, mediante una progettazione del rotore in cortocircuito, da migliorare notevolmente l'utilizzazione del filato ritorto. Addizionalmente, alla velocità di rotazione nominale, grazie alla conformazione delle cave chiuse nel rotore, viene ottenuto uno scorrimento molto piccolo e un comportamento rigido sotto carico del motore asincrono.Il singolo azionamento dei fusi è adatto particolarmente per fusi con inerzia relativamente piccola, per esempio nei ritorcitoi a doppio filo.In a textile machine for the production of yarn, the spindles are driven individually, directly by asynchronous motors, which are jointly powered through a frequency converter.
