Abstract
Procedimento per la produzione di piante di pomodoro, ecotipo San Marzano, transgeniche, resistenti a infezione virale di CMV comprendente le fasi di:- trasformazione del materiale di riproduzione delle piante con un vettore comprendente almeno un primo promotore e un primo terminatore attivi in piante e, sotto il controllo di detto primo promotore e detto primo terminatore, un acido nucleico codificante per l'RNA satellite non necrogenico per piante di pomodoro Ra, la cui sequenza nucleotidica è descritta in Devic et al. (1989); un secondo promotore e un secondo terminatore e, sotto il controllo di detto secondo promotore e detto secondo terminatore, un acido nucleico codificante per un marcatore selezionabile;- selezione fenotipica o molecolare delle piante trasformate;- riproduzione in serra e/o in pieno campo di dette piante trasformate.
