Abstract

Viene descritto un procedimento, per la sintesi di urea da NH3 e CO2 a conversione totale in CO2, che comprende:a) alimentare in controcorrente in una colonna di distillazione reattiva l'NH3 sul fondo e la CO2 nella zona centrale, ottenendo di fondo una corrente liquida contenente urea, NH3 e acqua e di testa una corrente gassosa e/o supercritica costituita da NH3 e acqua;b) alimentare la corrente liquida proveniente dal fondo della colonna di distillazione reattiva in uno o più stadi di separazione, ottenendo correnti contenenti NH3 ed una corrente contenente urea da inviare al successivo stadio di prilling;c) alimentare la corrente gassosa e/o supercritica proveniente dalla testa della colonna di distillazione reattiva in una colonna di distillazione reattiva in una colonna di distillazione dal cui fondo viene separata l'acqua e dalla testa l'NH3.
