Abstract

Un metodo per svolgere e giuntare sequenzialmente bobine di materiale in striscia, comprende le fasi di svolgere una prima bobina (14 o 14') in una striscia, traslando assialmente la prima bobina per mantenere la striscia, in una posizione prestabilita,; traslare assialmente una seconda bobina (14', 14) per mantenere almeno la spira di essa in una posizione di sostanziale allineamento laterale con la striscia in svolgimento durante la giunzione fra un bordo di coda della prima bobina (14 o 14') e un bordo di testa della seconda bobina (14' o 14). Una macchina secondo tale metodo comprende una coppia di supporti rotanti (13', 13') sui quali vengono disposte la prima (14 o 14') e la seconda bobina (14' o 14). La coppia di supporti (13', 13) è sostenuta da un primo carro (27) mobile in direzione parallela all'asse delle bobine. Un sensore di posizione (26) comanda il primo carro (27) per mantenere la striscia in svolgimento nella posizione laterale prestabilita. Un secondo carro (29' o 29) muove la seconda bobina per allinearla alla striscia e mantenere tale allineamento anche allo spostamento del primo carro.
