Il trovato si inserisce nel campo delle macchine riempitrici di contenitori (10) con liquidi.Più precisamente si riferisce ad un gruppo valvola di riempimento in cui è presente un dispositivo atto ad azionare un otturatore (12) del condotto (1) di afflusso del liquido, realizzandone la chiusura meccanica, indipendentemente dalla velocità della riempitrice, contemporaneamente alla chiusura idraulica dello stesso condotto provocata dal raggiungimento di un livello prefissato del liquido nel contenitore, in cui il liquido lambisce l'estremità inferiore di un condotto (19) di ritorno dell'aria.
