Abstract

Viene descritto un procedimento per la produzione di un anello di attrito per frizioni o freni con uno strato di rivestimento di attrito sinterizzato su un anello di supporto conico o cilindro, che viene formato da una lamiera tagliata a formato piana, dopo che su questa lamiera tagliata a formato è stato applicato lo strato di rivestimento di attrito di un miscuglio di polvere sinterizzata. Per essere indipendenti dalla duttilità dello strato di rivestimento di attrito sinterizzato durante la foggiatura della lamiera tagliata a formato, viene proposto che il miscuglio di polvere sinterizzata per lo strato di rivestimento di attrito, prima dell'applicazione sulla lamiera tagliata a formato piana, venga mescolato con un legante di resina sintetica, che la lamiera tagliata a formato, dopo che ha fatto presa il miscuglio di polvere sinterizzata-resina sintetica applicato, venga deformata nell'anello di supporto, e che quindi lo strato di rivestimento di attrito venga sinterizzato dopo rispettivamente con l'espulsione del legante di resina sintetica.
