Abstract

Sistema denominato EASYTAXI che consente di gestire e distribuire le chiamate ai TAXI in modo automatico, senza l'intervento di personale.Il sistema ottimizza i percorsi dei TAXI riducendo i tempi di attesa o migliorandone il servizio.Il sistema EASYTAXI è costituito da una serie di elaboratori installati a bordo delle vetture TAXI in costante collegamento con l'elaboratore centrale attraverso la gestione di uno o più canali radio.L'elaboratore centrale è connesso ad un centralino telefonico per la ricezione e smistamento delle chiamate ai TAXI.Il sistema gestisce contemporaneamente più canali dati e più conversazioni in fonia, inoltre è in grado di gestire in modo automatico allarmi e teleallarmi aumentando la sicurezza del taxista.
