Abstract
Si descrive un preparato per la terapia delle piaghe da decubito costituito da una miscela di sostanze in grado di creare in associazione un microambiente in cui l'organismo cellulare può reduplicarsi attingendo solo in parte alle riserve dell'organismo. Il preparato comprende sostanze che forniscono contemporaneamente un apporto calorico di utilizzo immediato nel distretto interessato, stimolano la crescita cellulare e le sintesi proteiche, forniscono il necessario supporto vitaminico, e inibiscono le possibili infezioni batteriche. In soluzione stabile e non precipitante è iniettabile localmente e applicabile sulla piaga mediante garza iodoformica.
