Abstract
Sistema di pompaggio e ricircolo di bagni acidi corrosivi e abrasivi, associato ad un impianto di decapaggio e/o lavaggio acido (12), detto impianto (12) comprendendo almeno una vasca (13) di immersione contenente una soluzione acida (11) che viene fatta circolare vantaggiosamente in controcorrente al nastro (14) da trattare, detta varca (13) presentando un condotto di scarico (18) ed un condotto di alimentazione (17), comprendendo almeno due serbatoi (16a, 16b), del tipo ad autoclave, posti in parallelo ed associati sia al condotto di scarico (18) che al condotto di alimentazione (17), cadauno di detti serbatoi (16a, 16b) presentando mezzi indipendenti di intercettazione di ingresso (20) e mezzi indipendenti di intercettazione di uscita (19) indipendenti, cadauno di detti serbatoi (16a, 16b) essendo associato, mediante mezzi indipendenti a valvola di ingresso fluido gassoso (21), ad un impianto di fluido gassoso in pressione e, mediante mezzi a valvola di sfiato (22), con l'atmosfera.
