Abstract

Gruppo intestatore per l'intestatura di una barra (11) singola, o di un fascio di barre (11) mediante l'intestatura delle singole barre (11), montato a monte di una macchina operatrice, le barre (11) venendo alimentate singolarmente, manualmente o in automatico, al detto gruppo intestatore, comprendendo un carrello (12) dotato di moto alternativo di va e vieni, mobile su una guida (13) estendentesi longitudinalmente all'asse della barra (11), detto carrello (12) presentando anteriormente mezzi a pinza (15) e posteriormente mezzi a piattello di battuta (14) elasticamente tenuti in posizione di riposo e cooperanti con mezzi di rilevazione posizione (16) associati ad un dispositivo di gestione e controllo (17) del detto gruppo intestatore (10), essendo definiti sulla detta guida (13) due fine corsa (19), rispettivamente un fine corsa anteriore (19a) ed un fine corsa posteriore (19b).Procedimento di intestatura utilizzante il gruppo intestatore (10) di cui sopra, comprendente le seguenti fasi: (24) - alimentazione della barra (11) da intestare sostenuta dai mezzi di sostegno (31) in posizione di lavoro (31 a); (25) - arretramento del carrello (12); (26) - controllo del contatto fra testa barra (11) e mezzi a piattello di battuta (14);A) - in caso di risposta affermativa al passo (26):(27) - chiusura dei mezzi a pinza (15); (28) - disattivazione dei mezzi di sostegno (31 ); (29) - avanzamento del carrello (12), con la barra (11) bloccata dai mezzi a pinza (15), fino al fine corsa posteriore (19b); (30) - apertura dei mezzi a pinza (15) con conseguente scarico della barra (11) intestata; (32) - attivazione dei mezzi di sostegno (31);B) nel caso di risposta negativa al passo (26); (27) - chiusura dei mezzi a pinza (15); (22) - avanzamento del carrello (12), con la barra (11) bloccata dai mezzi a pinza (15), fino al fine corsa posteriore (19b); (21) - apertura dei mezzi a pinza (15) con conseguente rilascio della barra (11) non intestata che rimane sostenuta dai mezzi di sostegno (31) in posizione di lavoro (31a); (25) - arretramento del carrello (12) e ripetizione del ciclo dal passo (26) in poi.
