Abstract

Il sensore intelligente per misure assolute di spostamento lineare ed angolare comprende: un trasduttore (SACC), che sfrutta il principio di accoppiamento elettrico per induzione, in presenza di segnali elettrici variabili nel tempo, tra più conduttori fissi ed uno o più conduttori mobili, posti a distanza ravvicinata; una unità di elaborazione digitale (SDA, SCNT) che genera detti segnali elettrici ed elabora quanto rivelato dal trasduttore per calcolare dette misure. Il sensore ricade nella categoria dei sensori definiti intelligenti ovvero "smart sensors". Nei vari esempi di realizzazione sono descritti sensori di spostamenti angolari con escorsione di 360° per una o più rotazioni complete, con risoluzioni molto minori di 1° e sensori di spostamenti lineari con risoluzioni molto minori di 1 mm. (fig. 3).
