Abstract

Clamp with adjustable bars for lengthening or reduction of bones of the hand or foot, comprising two slide elements 14, threaded rod means 13b co-operating with a threaded hole 22b present in at least one slide 14b, said slides 14 having means with locking socket for the nails 18 connected to the respective bone stumps 11, one slide 14a being fixed and one slide 14b being mobile, said fixed slide 14a having two spherical sockets 16 co- operating with respective spherical heads 15 of a threaded rod 13b and a smooth rod 13a, said spherical head 15b of the threaded rod 13b being mounted fixed lengthwise and able to rotate at one end of said threaded rod 13b, said threaded rod 13b and smooth rod 13a co- operating respectively with corresponding essentially parallel conjugated holes 22a, 22b, present in the movable slide 14b, said threaded rod 13b having an integrated adjustment nut 23 co-operating with a release device 19. <IMAGE>
