Abstract

Fissatore esterno per polso con snodo a camme regolabile idoneo a cooperare con una pluralità di chiodi (32) ancorati alle parti ossee (33) da reciprocamente posizionare, detti chiodi (32) venendo bloccati in apposite sedi di accoglimento (34) in specifici mezzi trattenitori (30) del detto fissatore esterno (10), presentante un elemento a cerniera (11) comprendente un primo (12a) ed un secondo braccio (12b) reciprocamente posizionabili in almeno una prima posizione di bloccaggio reciproco ed in almeno una seconda posizione di oscillazione controllata in un piano voluto, detta oscillazione controllata essendo definita da mezzi a camme (13), detto piano voluto essendo sostanzialmente parallelo al piano di oscillazione della mano rispetto all'avambraccio.
