Abstract

Una macchina multifunzionale per accoppiatura, calandratura e taglio di due o più film cartacei o plastici anche adesivi, in particolare ma non esclusivamente per l'accoppiatura automatica di nastro applicatore adesivo (3) a fogli di etichette sfridate (12). A valle di quest'ultima è prevista una cesoia trasversale (20) ed un tappeto trasportatore (23) atto ad una rapida evacuazione di fogli risultanti (26). Il nastro (3) avanza ad intermittenza per consentire un taglio a misura precisa da parte della cesoia (20) dei fogli (26) che vengono evacuati rapidamente dal tappeto (23). E' previsto un supporto ausiliario per lo svolgimento di una seconda bobina (6) di nastro (7) da abbinare al nastro (3) e per rendere possibile eventuale ribobinatura di nastro (3a) avanzato sul primo supporto (1) in seguito al taglio longitudinale da parte della cesoia (8). (FIG.1)A multifunctional machine for laminating, calendering and cutting two or more paper or plastic films, including adhesives, in particular but not exclusively for the automatic coupling of adhesive applicator tape (3) to sheets of scrapped labels (12). The tape (3) unwound from a reel (2) mounted on a first idle support (1) is trimmed by a longitudinal shear (8) to a predetermined width and dragged by a roller (4) towards a sheet feeder (11) (12) to which it is combined and subsequently joined by a calender (15). Downstream of the latter, a transversal shears (20) and a conveyor belt (23) are provided for a rapid evacuation of the resulting sheets (26). The belt (3) advances intermittently to allow a precise cut by the shears (20) of the sheets (26) which are quickly evacuated from the carpet (23). An auxiliary support is provided for unwinding a second reel (6) of tape (7) to be combined with the tape (3) and for making possible rewinding of the tape (3a) left on the first support (1) following cutting longitudinal by the shears (8).
