Abstract
Procedimento per ottenere una miscela per coltura batterica in campioni biologici, idonea ad essere utilizzata nei procedimenti di lettura tipo light-scattering di cui alla domanda di brevetto italiano N.UD92A000061, venendo presi i seguenti terreni nelle seguenti quantità:iso-sensilest broth (CM 473/10280): g 20 - 25;tryptone soya broth (CM 129/10685): g 8 - 12;yeast extract powder (L 21/20370): g 3 - 6od equivalenti, mescolati tra loro, sciolti in 1000 mi di acqua distillata, il tutto venendo portato ad ebollizione per qualche minuto fino a completa dissoluzione, indi raffreddato e filtrato con filtri di diametro massimo di 0,45 mm.Miscela per coltura batterica in campioni biologici, idonea ad essere utilizzata nel procedimento di lettura tipo light-scattering di cui alla domando di brevetto Italiano N.UD92A000061, comprendente, in dosi proporzionali, i seguenti terreni originali:iso-sensitest broth (CM 473/10280): g 20 - 25.;tryplone soya broth (CM 129/10685): g 8 - 12;yeast extract powder (L 21/20370): g 3 - 6o loro equivalenti.
