In the centre, on the bottom of the lower part, is a pump 10 which simultaneously injects the antifreeze liquid into the two submerged pipes 11 and 12 which continue on the outside through two lines 13 and 14 which inject the liquid from intermediate opposite elevated positions through two spray heads 15 and 16 whose axes of the injection nozzles are situated on the same vertical longitudinal plane containing the axis of the nozzle 8 to enable uniformity of effect of the fume abatement action.
