Abstract

Procedimento per lo stampaggio di un fermaglio (2) in due elementi (3,4) alloggiati uno dentro l'altro, in cui i due elementi (3,4) vengono stampati con una materia plastica allo stato fluido all'interno di un medesimo stampo (1) utilizzando impronte di stampaggio (6,8) separate, ed un'anima cilindrica (21) comune, in modo da formarli come elementi separati uno dall'altro, ma disposti uno di fronte all'altro; successivamente, mentre gli elementi (3,4) si trovano ad una temperatura abbastanza elevata da assicurarne una elevata deformabilità, lo stampo (1) viene aperto spostando rispettivi pezzi (11,14) costituenti il semistampo inferiore (7) in modo da liberare solo il primo elemento (3); l'arretramento dell'anima 21 determina l'inserimento del primo elemento (3) all'interno di un foro passante (9) del secondo elemento, e, in ultimo, l'estrazione completa dell'anima (21) dal fermaglio (2); questo è infine espulso dallo stampo (1).(Figura 2).
