Abstract
Apparecchiatura automatica (10) di elettroforesi avente un'unità (13) a rulli di alimentazione per alimentare una striscia (12) di substrato di lunghezza prefissata ed una taglierina (15) per tagliare la striscia (12) in un foglio (17) di substrato di lunghezza prefissata. Un'unità (16) di controllo controlla un motore (14) a passo per l'azionamento dell'unità (13) a rulli e della taglierina (15) in base ad un numero immesso volontariamente x di campioni da applicare al foglio (17) di substrato. In tal modo, la striscia (12) di substrasto viene tagliata ad una lunghezza corrispondente al numero x.In un'unità umettatrice intermedia (19), il foglio (17) di substrato viene umettato con una soluzione tampone (18). Quindi, in un'unità (23) applicatrice di campione, campioni vengono applicati alla superficie del foglio (17) di substrato. Subsequently, in an electrophoresis unit (28), an electric current is applied to the substrate sheet (17). In a post-treatment unit (34) the sheet (17) is subjected to dyeing, bleaching and drying treatments in succession thus obtaining an electrophoretic image. The electrophoretic image is subjected to photometric measurement by means of a densitometer (35). As a result the cost of the analysis per sample is reduced, while the analysis time is shortened.
