Abstract

Macchina sinterizzatrice per la produzione automatica di segmenti sinterizzati in cui lo stampo é permanentemente residente in essa e viene fatto translare all'interno di una serie di stazioni ove vengono effettuate automaticamente tutte le singole operazioni necessarie per compiere il ciclo di sinterizzazione. La macchina comprende almeno una stazione di sinterizzazione ed una di servizio, uno o più stampi laterali in grado di translare fra dette stazioni, mezzi per compiere automaticamente le operazioni di carico, scarico e pulizia degli stampi, mezzi per il controllo della sequenza operativa e mezzi per fornire calore e pressione. Ogni stampo é composto di più celle elementari all'interno di ciascuna delle quali viene sinterizzato il singolo segmento. Ogni cella é dotata di punzone superiore e punzone inferiore ed é apribile orizzontalmente oltre che verticalmente.
