Abstract

Un impianto di ingrassaggio automatico per veicoli industriali, quali autocarri e simili e macchine utensili, comprendente una pompa (1), azionata ciclicamente da un motore di tipo elettromagnetico (11) tramite un timer (12), per inviare il grasso attraverso tubi (13) a gruppi dosatori (2), e da questi ai punti di ingrassaggio (3) del veicolo, in cui è previsto un sistema riscaldante che sfrutta il calore di una resistenza elettrica e le trecce metalliche (14) di detti tubi (13) di collegamento tra la pompa ed i gruppi dosatori (2), in modo da mantenere il grasso in condizioni di utilizzo, quando sia necessario.Attraverso l'impiego di detto sistema e di un particolare gioco di forza delle molle insito nei dosatori, l'impianto di ingrassaggio secondo l'invenzione è in grado di utilizzare del grasso tipo NLGI 2 anche a basse temperature.
