Abstract
Metodo per l'espressione di recettori del sistema nervoso umano nelle cellule del microorganismo eucariota Schizosaccharomyces pombe tramite l'introduzione di un vettore di clonaggio modificato nel microorganismo stesso comprendente:a) costruzione di vettori per il clonaggio e l'espressione dei geni umani per i recettori del sistema nervoso;b) inserimento di tali vettori in un ceppo di lievito appropriato.
