Abstract

La separazione degli altopolimeri e dei metalli pesanti avviene, unitamente ad una fase pesante degli oli, dal fondo della colonna mediante un dispositivo a ciclone. Gli oli rirettificati vengono quindi sottoposti ad un adeguato trattamento di decolorazione e sono utilizzabili come oli di base per la produzione di oli lubrificanti.Process for the re-refining of used oils in which the oils are initially subjected to a pre-treatment with a basic reagent, then to a first vacuum distillation treatment (preflash) for the elimination of water and more volatile fractions and finally to a combined treatment of fractional distillation and purification from altopolymers and heavy metals conducted in a single filling column, to obtain one or more fractions of rectified oils. The separation of altopolymers and heavy metals takes place, together with a heavy phase of the oils, from the bottom of the column by means of a cyclone device. The rectified oils are then subjected to an adequate bleaching treatment and can be used as base oils for the production of lubricating oils.
