Abstract

Dispositivo laser a struttura allungata e monolitica per l'impiego in telecomunicazioni, comprendente un primo laser (3) in grado di emettere radiazioni ad una prima lunghezza d'onda ?1 pompato da un secondo laser (1) in grado di emettere radiazioni ad una lunghezza d'onda ?2 attraverso una prima porzione di guida ottica focalizzante (2) e una prima superficiale (4) sostanzialmente trasparente alla radiazione ?2 e riflettente la radiazione ?1.Il primo laser (3) è accoppiato, tramite una seconda superficie (5) sostanzialmente trasparente alla detta radiazione ?1 e sostanzialmente riflettente la detta radiazione ?2, alla prima estremità di una seconda porzione di guida ottica focalizzante la cui seconda estremità è coperta da uno specchio (11). Tra detta prima superficie (4) e lo specchio (11) è prevista la presenza di un'intercapedine (8) di larghezza regolabile (figura 2).
