Abstract

Un dispositivo (D) per rilevare la temperatura di contenitori (9) disposti in un refrigeratore (1) e quindi la temperatura d'alimenti o liquidi posti in tali contenitori (9), comprende almeno un usuale sensore di temperatura (11).Tale sensore è associato a mezzi di vincolo (12) per portare e mantenere in contatto il sensore (11) con un contenitore (9), detto sensore (11) ed i corrispondenti mezzi di vincolo (12) essendo comunque disponibili entro il refrigeratore (1) ed essendo associati: attraverso mezzi di connessione (25) con mezzi di controllo (30) della temperatura rilevata dal sensore (11), detti mezzi di controllo (30) essendo connessi a mezzi visualizzatori (60) della temperatura del contenitore e del suo contenuto e/o a mezzi di visualizzatori (60) del raggiungimento di un valore predeterminato e voluto della temperatura del contenitore (9) e del suo contenuto.
