Abstract

La macchina comprende una stazione 12 di inserimento parziale di un cartoncino 2 in un relativo contenitore 1. La stazione 12 è dotata di mezzi piegatori 31 di un bordo longitudinale 2a del cartoncino 2, secondo il profilo angolato di una sede di alloggiamento 9 praticata nel contenitore 1, e di mezzi traslatori 21 atti a introdurre parzialmente il cartoncino 2 stesso nella sede 9 attraverso una apertura laterale 4 del contenitore 1. A valle della stazione 12 è disposta una stazione 45 di inserimento dei libretti 3 dotata di mezzi traslatori 82 atti a introdurre un'estremità di un libretto 3, piegato in forma bombata in maniera da ridurne la dimensione trasversale, nella detta sede 9, al disopra del cartoncino 2 parzialmente introdotto nel contenitore 1, e di mezzi di presa 93 di detto cartoncino 2. Mezzi a slitta 49, 50 sono atti a operare l'avanzamento in idonea relazione di fase dei mezzi traslatori 82 e dei mezzi di presa 93, in modo da completare l'inserimento del cartoncino 2 e del libretto 3 all'interno della sede 9.The machine comprises a station 12 for partial insertion of a cardboard 2 into a relative container 1. Sled means 49, 50 are adapted to advance the translatory means 82 and the gripping means 93 in a suitable phase relationship, so as to complete the insertion of the cardboard 2 and of booklet 3 inside seat 9.
