Abstract

Forma oggetto del presente trovato un freno a dischi multipli a bagno d'olio del tipo in cui ciascuna serie di dischi è formata da dischi (2), fissati al telaio (1) con possibilità di scorrimento assiale, i quali sono disposti affiancati alternativamente a dischi (3) a loro volta resi solidali alla rotazione con un mozzo (4) sul quale sono accoppiati in modo assialmente scorrevole. I dischi (2) presentano forma di corona circolare con un diametro esterno sensibilmente maggiore del diametro esterno dei dischi (3) e sono vincolati al telaio (1), per mezzo dell'accoppiamento ad ostacolo realizzato tra elementi longitudinali o colonnette (5), solidali al telaio (1) e sedi cave (20) predisposte perifericamente, le quali occupano complessivamente una parte modesta delle porzioni di superficie (21) dei dischi (2).
