Abstract
L'impianto per inertizzazione fanghi con coclea mescolatrice a fondo gommato da noi inventato trova applicazione nel settore ecologico. Il suddetto impianto serve per trattare mediante inertizzazione i fanghi industriali. L'impianto è alimentato inserendo i fanghi nella vasca a fondo cocleato, conseguentemente le coclee trascinano il fango nella coclea mescolatrice che ha il fondo in gomma. La vite senza fine della coclea mescolatrice è a contatto con il fondo in gomma, in modo tale da trascinare il fango ancora liquido verso l'uscita. Al centro della coclea mescolatrice arrivano gli additivi per l'inertizzazione del fango in questione per mezzo di una coclea normale che preleva da un silos di stoccaggio. La coclea mescolatrice è azionata da un motore elettrico con un variatore di giri per regolare la miscelazione a secondo del grado di umidità del fango da inertizzare.
