Abstract

Macchina per la produzione automatica di pezzi di pasta alimentare di dimensioni variabili in continuo comprendente una tramoggia (1) di alimentazione della pasta alimentare da lavorare, un gruppo di estrusione composto da un elemento a coclea (2) disposto inferiormente a detta tramoggia (1) che spinge la pasta in esso pervenente, attraverso un ugello (3) a sezione variabile all'uscita del quale è posto un coltello rotante comandato ciclicamente da un dispositivo di rilevamento (5) dell'estruso in uscita dall'ugello (3) e un nastro trasportatore (7) convogliante all'esterno i pezzi di pasta prodotti. L'elemento a coclea (2) comprende un elemento centrale longitudinale fisso (21) a sezione ellittica attorno al quale è disposto un elemento spiraliforme rotante (22) azionato da un motoriduttore (6) e detto ugello (3) è provvisto di un dispositivo (3A) conformato in modo simile a quello utilizzato nelle tappatrici impiegate per inserire tappi di sughero su bottiglie.
