Abstract

Dispositivo di sicurezza contro la sovrappressione nel boiler ed il risucchio in camera, particolarmente nelle apparecchiature per la cottura dei cibi, del tipo comprendente un foro di scarico ottenuto sul fondo della camera di cottura connesso ad una tubazione obliqua la quale si protrae esternamente al forno raccordandosi ad un conveniente scarico predisposto al suolo, in cui perpendicolarmente alla tubazione di scarico si immette un tubo di sfiato che fuoriesce superiormente dal forno, nonchè prevedendo un condotto by-pass di collegamento del polmone d'aria contenuto nel boiler al tubo di sfiato dello scarico, detto condotto essendo costituito da un sifone nel cui interno viene mantenuta dell'acqua ad un livello ripristinabile.
