Abstract

Procedimento per chiarificare acque di lavaggio, in particolare acque flessografiche contenenti inchiostri solubili in acqua, adatto per il recupero dell'acqua chiarificata, comprendente le seguenti fasi:invio delle acque di lavaggio in un serbatoio di reazione (1); aggiunta in questo serbatoio di una composizione disinchiostrante per idrosulibili da stampa flessografica; mescolazione della massa acqua-disinchiostrante; insufflazione di aria a bassa pressione nella citata massa; riposo della stessa; fuoriuscita dell'acqua chiarificata attraverso valvole (17) poste nella parte intermedia del serbatoio (1); e susseguente fuoriuscita dei fanghi contenenti l'inchiostro dal fondo (19) del serbatoio.L'invenzione si riferisce anche all'impianto per la realizzazione di questo procedimento.
