Procedimento per la macinazione di cereali in chicchi, comprendente almeno una prima fase di laminazione ruvida, caratterizzato dal fatto che dopo detta laminazione sono previste le seguenti fasi di lavorazione:- almeno una suddivisione del prodotto in uscita dal laminatoio in prodotto finito farina e in un rifiuto;- almeno una lavorazione ad urto di detto rifiuto;- almeno una classificazione del prodotto in un prodotto finito primario e in un rifiuto;- spazzolatura del rifiuto per l'ottenimento di almeno un prodotto finito secondario - almeno un secondo ciclo di macinazione comprendente una laminazione rigata e una pluralità di laminazioni lisce per l'ottenimento di prodotti finiti primari e secondari e di almeno un rifiuto;- invio di detto rifiuto ad una spazzolatura per l'ottenimento di un ulteriore prodotto finito primario e di un ulteriore prodotto finito secondario.
