Abstract

Processo per ossidare composti aromatici ed alifatici impiegando in soluzione acquosa un sistema enzimatico costituito dal perossido d'idrogeno come composto ossidante, dalla perossidasi e dall'ossigeno attivato o da un enzima che libera l'ossigeno attivato dal H2O2.Nel processo preferito il sistema enzimatico è bienzimatico, in cui gli enzimi usati sono la perossidasi e la catalasi.
