Abstract
This invention relates to a drug for human use having an antikinetose action and a synthesis process for obtaining a category of products of the tryptamine type, in particular melatonin, which provides for the introduction of a halogen, bromine and/or iodine, in the 2 position <IMAGE> in order to obtain a drug for human use having an antikinetose action in a dose of 5-10 mg per day for 2- bromomelatonin and 4-8 mg/day for 2-iodomelatonin respectively alone and/or in association with 8-10 mg of Acetyl CoA.
