Abstract

E' stata sviluppata una macchina (10) per punzonare lamiera in fogli, comprendente due dischi rotanti (15; 150, 18; 180) ad assi orizzontali sovrapposti adatti ad alloggiare rispettivamente almeno una corona di punzoni (22) e almeno una corona di matrici (38); i dischi sono operativamente connessi a relativi mezzi motori (40, 41) capaci di far compiere loro prestabiliti spostamenti angolari, adatti per posizionare un prescelto punzone (22) e una corrispondente matrice (38) in una prestabilita posizione di lavoro; la suddetta macchina comprende inoltre un manipolatore (60) munito di pinze (73) capaci di afferrare un foglio di lamiera, e di un dispositivo di controllo (100) capace di evitare interferenze fra le stesse pinze (73) e i suddetti punzoni (22).(Fig. 1)
